Our kits include everything you'll need to make two original zero-proof cocktails: the "Gentle Persuasion" and the "Camellia Sour".

Each kit includes ingredients for roughly 6-8 servings.

Each kit includes Smith Teamaker Portland Breakfast sachets, a bottle of Som Tangerine & Sea Salt, a bottle of Rhizome Tart Cherry Tonic, a container of Jacobsen Hot Honey, a can of chickpeas (aquafaba, the water from the can, is an ingredient in the Camellia Sour), a dropper bottle of Portland Bitters Project Aromatic Bitters, a bottle of maple syrup, a fresh lemon*, a fresh lime*, and a set of recipe cards.

* Please note: If you choose to have your kit shipped, perishable items will not be included in your delivery.

Delivery

We currently offer nationwide shipping via UPS to customers in the U.S., and free local pickup to customers in Portland. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days of receiving your order.
